What is Access Bars®?

Access Bars® are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life.

These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything!

How does the experience feel?

It is very relaxing and peaceful. Some people report feeling energy coursing through their body, others say it’s as if they’ve gotten a nice massage or taken a walk in nature.

How long does it take?

A Bars session is 75 minutes, with around an hour spent on the table.

Can I combine it with other modalities?

It is recommended to wait 24 hours before partaking in other healing modalities to give the Bars session time to full integrate.
