Q: What is it?

My friend LeRoy Gordon and I are creating a small community of like-minded men in order to support and assist one another in growing and transforming to better meet the demands of a rapidly changing world. As men in society, we are taught to live from our brains and if necessary, to use force to get what we want. The world is evolving rapidly and seemingly chaotically. It is time for everybody to step up and transform from living in our head to fearlessly living from our hearts. We think this is one way to facilitate that transformation.

Q: Why are you doing this?

A: Matt has spent the eleven plus years since his divorce doing a lot of soul-searching and “finding himself”. The last six years have been particularly challenging and rewarding. Along the way, he’s noticed that while men do a great job of networking, women do a better job of supporting one another through life’s ups and downs. He has participated in several groups, both large and small – from experiential therapy to psychedelic integration groups to personal growth seminars – and found them to be very useful.

In 2021, in addition to his photography business, Matt launched Reknowing, Inc., a coaching and sound healing practice, in order to heal and assist people with their journeys in life. He recently moved into a live/work space and finally has enough room to host the group.

LeRoy Gordon aka Roy “Flash” Gordon is a professional wrestler, fitness trainer, and mindset coach who helps people with unrealized dreams create the life they want by building their mindsets, bodies, and spirits through more vulnerable relationships with themselves and the world.

In the pursuit of pro wrestling, LeRoy realized that his capacity for vulnerability had grown tremendously. He realized this capacity for vulnerability is lacking in the world of most men due to the misunderstanding of that quality as a weakness when it really can be used as the ultimate strength. LeRoy is on a mission to help all men heal and achieve success by realizing the same.

And hey, if a professional wrestler can live an open hearted life, you can too!
